At Pets of Paradise, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective products. This includes products that are opened or slightly used.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds
